Hello all!!!

I'm back!!!

I've been away for so long that I'm sure most of you have forgotten about me, that's ok though....

So, after spending 6 weeks and 3 days in the hospital this last time, I've decided I'm tired of being ill and want to get on with my life...

Got out of the hospital in Nov, so you may have seen me pop in and out of here, but now I think I'm ready to start hanging out here again. I miss everyone so much and my pc feels old because it doesn't have the latest deviations...lol

There was 500 avatars in my journal, but admin had remove them because the limit is 63, so thanks to I'll be making several journal entries in order to get all 500 back. I'm still only posting yellow avatars...even if there's only a small amount of yellow.

Things That Make You Go Hmm...

Normally I stay out of matters like this because there is way to much drama for my tastes. However, current events have forced me to take somewhat of a stand for once.

Though I don't know the whole story on what happened to °jark, I am greatly sickened from what I've heard. I joined DeviantART the community NOT the corporation and am very tempted to leave for that very same reason. I was thinking of getting my self a subscription but now I'm not so sure that I really want to invest my hard earned money into a corporation with such low values. It saddens me to think that things have come to this. Though I have only been with DA for a short time it has helped me grow and mature as an artist in several different mediums and though I do wish to continue to grow through the continuous support and guidance of my fellow deviants I do not wish to do it in such a negative environment that has been created by bigotry and greed.

What is really disturbing is how everything now seems to be censored. They refuse to release the details to a public that has a right to an explanation. We can only say certain things under the watchful eye of the corporation for fear of being banned. They even go as far as to violate their own rules just to keep us quiet. [Link] Apparently journals, comments and forum threads have all been "mysteriously" disappearing. This isn't just about whether °jark has a $ insted of a ° infront of his name. It's about the community coming together as a collective to uncover the truth it deserves. It's about rebuilding the trust and faith we once had in our beloved DA.

Also, in lieu of °matteo recent boycott I have decided to join him in his cause and thus, have removed my deviations and will not be submitting any new deviations unless it involves the issue at hand. Also I will cut my normal activity on this site down to a minimum and insted will be focusing my efforts on supporting °jark and my fellow deviants in uncovering the truth. If anyone feels they must contact me my e-mail, MSN and YIM are posted on my user stats.

So, I'm sure you're asking. "Well, what can I do?" The answer is, Plenty. Ask questions, write letters, change your avatar yellow, submit artwork involving the issue at hand, write a journal informing others or directing them to where they can get information, join a °jark support club, sign a petition, boycott DA or celebrate yellow day on August 7th. Do what you think you need to do. I'm urging my fellow deviants to speak out in a civilized manner and make sure we're heard. They can't stop us all and we deserve to know the truth! Continue to ask questions and gather information to form your own views and opinions insted of regurgitating the opinions of others. There is nothing worse than an uninformed activist.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT spam admin with assumptions and accusations. After all to "assume" makes an "ASS" out of "U" and "ME" (Yes, I know that was bad but it gets my point across). DO NOT fling blame around like a used toy. It gets us nowhere and this isn't about "who started what" or "who did what" anyways. Also be mindful and understanding of deviants who's views differ from your own. DO NOT flame $spyed supporters or neutral parties. We are all intitled to our own opinions.

Also regarding the removal of comments, journal and forum threads. It has been confirmed that a comment thread was deleted from an admin's journal. This was the result of an admin acting independantly as he admitted to doing so. Whether or not to believe this is the only instance is up to you.
