Ok, so I thought I'd give you all another pink skin for your Valentine's Day desks...And at the same let you have a look at where I may be going with all these...and that's all I can say about that...LOL

Zip contains 2 .exe files for use as a desktop widget. Desktop X must be installed on your computer for these to work, though it doesn't have to be running.

The 2 versions are both "Aero" inspired....then the box around the heart of one of them is solid and semi-transparent around the other....the hearts are both solid.

I've attached the font "Formal" as a custom file, but have also included it in the zip.

Hope you all enjoy and hope to be doing a few more things along these lines...

Thanks...and yeah they are a little pink and fluffy...LOL! I can see that you like the metalish things, and I LOVE so many things that you've made, I've actually just found the best brushed metal VS, and I've been meaning to put together a metal screen shot, but not enough time in the day!

Hmm, you've given me an idea though...So, thanks for the compliment and idea!

oki- I'm not familiar with any of those types of programs- I have very few things installed on my computer ;) but nice work on all your art :)

Well, thanks a lot, dear, really! It's nice to hear compliments, as I'm sure you'd agree. Ya know what's funny....I don't use most of the programs I make skins for...unless I'm putting together a screen shot or suite. I open them long enough to test the skins and take the preview shots. I only use Icon Packager, WindowBlinds, and CursorXP. MyBoot skins and Logon skin is Windows defauts even though I've made loads of them. I really have no use for Rainlendar or BeatNik, because XP has both. There's too many "things" on SysMetrix and Desktop X is just about as complicated. I keep Object Dock open when I'm needing take screen captures, because I've not found anything better. The rest of the programs like AveDesk, Windows FX and Icon X, are only here for screen shot purposes...they each have settings that make my shots more exciting.....So in the end I have lots of things I don't understand or use...LOL

However, if you ever had a need to learn anything about some of the above listed programs or want to make skins I would be happy to help in any way possible....Can never have too many skinners!
